At IK All Products, we are committed to delivering your favorite home gadgets and decor items safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
📦 1. Delivery Areas
We deliver all over Pakistan including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more.
🚚 2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days
- Remote Areas: May take up to 10 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Note: Delivery time may vary slightly during sales, events, or due to courier delays.
💸 3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 200 per order
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before confirming the order.
🔍 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
⚠️ 5. Delayed / Lost Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:
- Please contact our support team with your Order ID
- We’ll immediately coordinate with the courier and update you
❗ 6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. IK All Products is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:
- Incomplete/incorrect shipping details
- Recipient unavailable at time of delivery
🛠️ 7. Damaged or Open Parcels
If you receive an open or damaged parcel:
- Do not accept the parcel
- Immediately take photos and contact us
- We’ll investigate and send a replacement if eligible
