1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required
  • Certain items such as clearance, personalized, or hygiene-related products (e.g., towels, kitchen tools) may not be eligible for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Gift cards or digital products

3. How to Request a Return

We will guide you with the return process and provide the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).


7. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only if:

  • The product is in stock
  • The original item is returned first (same condition as received)
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
